Celebrating 50 Years!

Posted June 14, 2024

On June 14, 1974, Captain Harold “Hal” Whitmore opened a two-desk ship agency office on Water Street. Fifty years later we are still family owned, still in downtown Mobile, and still answering our own phones.

Thank you to all of our customers, vessel owners, agents and friends who joined us at the office for our 50th anniversary crawfish boil, and most of all to our employees and crews, past and present. Here's to the next fifty!
